The Art of Home-Making Mondays ~ Please Join Us ~ Link Up 118

"Besides this, the reading of the Bible in the family daily, year after year, is an education in itself. It makes the home, the best kind of a school of Jesus. We believe in prayer, too; and answers come down upon households which every day bow at God's feet. Who can tell what blessings descend, day after day, through the years, upon the members of the families that call upon God's name..."
 ~ J.R. Miller (1840 - 1912)

The Best Power Bars Ever ~ A Whole Foods Snack! by Deep Roots at Home  (Archive Date: August 2016)

This power bar masterpiece by Jacqueline is by far our favorite snack to make. My husband got ahold of the recipe and turned it into a candy bar by adding double the amount of chocolate to the top (this is why we get along so well)! Either way you make them, this is a foolproof treat and easy way to include some nuts, seeds and dried fruit into your diet. You will not be disappointed! Visit here for the recipe.

On to this week! For the sake of our readers, please link up appropriate and wholesome home-related articles and leave out any giveaways, advertisements, etc. Thank you for understanding! I can't wait to see what you all have to share!

Please copy the button below (html code is in box below it) and share on your blog post or side-bar so others can come and join in the link up as well!
