  3. My dearest JES,
after this period of 'interlude' I had to allow myself due to work reasons - the Short Lets I manage here at Tenuta Geremia, the speech about the Empress of Austria I had to prepare and to perform at the conference which was held last Saturday at Madonna di Campiglio, in our Dolomiti, some works of restoration here and the family to join and follow took me far from the pc for more than a month and a half - I'm so overjoyed by finding myself here again !

Hope you're doing very well, I'm sending hugs and ever much love to you, sweetest friend of mine,
    with so much thankfulness

    Xx Dany

  6. Good morning friend Jes! I hope you have a fabulous week. It's cooling off a bit here in Missouri and thoughts of Fall are flowing through my mind. It makes me feel like baking and thrifting and cleaning and creating.

I had to list my 5 Days of Frugal Eating post twice. I don't know how I did it, but #42 didn't link up right to my blog, so I put in a corrected link. If you can, will you delete #42 please? I apologize. Well. I must get busy now. It's my daughter's first day of college, and I'm her ride to the next town. Be blessed!

  7. I feel the same way about home as Washington Irving did: There's no better place. And that's the most adorable painting I've seen in a while.
    Have a great home-making Monday!
